- Denver, Colorado native Millana Snow discovered her passion for the stage and small screen at an early age. She was just four years old when she appeared in her first play; by age 14, she had starred in more than 20 productions, and served as the morning anchor for a local kids’ news show. After her family relocated to Houston, with Millana set to enter her freshmen year at Stephen F. Austin State University, she began modeling for local publications, designers and shows. Then, while working as a model for an international clothing line based in New York, Millana became inspired to discover the Big Apple for herself. At 19, she moved to the city all on her own, sure that it was a place where she could follow her dreams. She was also determined to continue her education, and transferred to the City College University of New York. She graduated Cum Laude, receiving a degree in public relations and advertising, all while privately studying “The Method” with famed acting teacher Tony Greco, working for UPTOWN, Vibe and Z!NK magazines and appearing in various print, commercial and TV spots. Just 10 days after graduating, Millana was cast as a model for the Emmy-award winning series Project Runway. After three months of filming, and making her debut at NY Fashion Week, she was named the show’s winning model alongside winning designer, Gretchen Jones. Millana currently works as a model, actress and on-camera personality, appearing in campaigns for brands such as Yves Saint Laurent, L’Oreal, and Cover Girl, and on TV shows for networks such as the CW, NBC, and HBO as well as host of the Webby Award winning travel show TheVagabondProject.tv. An entrepreneur and philanthropist, Millana is the co-founder and CEO of SERENE Social, a wellness, philanthropy and networking community exclusively for women. She also volunteers with a number of nonprofits and charitable organizations and currently resides in NY.
